THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING THE ACADEMY OF HAIR DESIGN COSMETOLOGY SCHOOL. This is a training environment with all services carried out by cosmetology school students under instruction and supervision of a qualified educator.
we are committed to a safe, professional and positive learning environment for our students. please note that service times will be longer than you are use to at a salon, so please allow extra time in your day when booking appointments.
we are equally committed to an enjoyable experience and quality services for our clients. In order for this to happen, we have a few general housekeeping rules we would like you to be aware of:
*** WE ARE HAPPY TO MAKE ADJUSTMENTS THAT DO NOT CONSTITUTE A FULL SERVICE WITHIN 10 DAYS BUT WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS ON ANY SERVICE.
*No one is allowed on the clinic floor other than the person receiving the service and per guidelines of the state board of cosmetology, food and or drinks are prohibited on the salon floor.
*Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to check in.
*Prices are set lower than salon prices due to the education format and refunds are not available. We are happy to make adjustments to services if within 10 days of original appointment.
*Services may need to be modified to suit the level of learning for any particular class or individual student. Instructors will be working with the students in a step by step manner which add additional wait time to your service.
*We are happy to book children ages 12 and above for student services. Children are not allowed to wait unupervised in the waiting room. Please make accommodations for childcare in advance of your appointment.
*We will be happy to try an accomadte specific student requests, but we cannot guarantee availability of any particular student.
